M3TACARD Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the M3TACARD mobile application (“App”) and related services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

3. License to Use
M3TACARD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal purposes in accordance with these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in the App (software, trademarks, content, etc.) belongs to M3TACARD. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works.

5. User Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for safeguarding your device, wallet, private keys, and seed phrases.
- M3TACARD does not store or recover private keys, passwords, or seed phrases.
- Transactions executed through the App are irreversible.

6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful purposes or in violation of regulations (including AML/KYC laws).
- Attempt to interfere with security features or access without authorization.
- Exploit or misuse the App for fraud, hacking, or money laundering.

7. Risk Acknowledgment
By using the App, you acknowledge and accept that:
- Digital assets are volatile and carry significant risk of loss.
- Transactions may fail due to technical, blockchain, or network issues.
- You bear all responsibility for verifying details before executing transactions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or that the App will meet your requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- M3TACARD shall not be liable for any loss of funds, profits, data, or indirect/consequential damages.
- Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for using the Services.

10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless M3TACARD, its affiliates, and staff from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use or misuse of the App.

11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time without notice for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Seychelles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Seychelle courts (unless arbitration is chosen).

13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
